2013 Summer Program Flyer
This flyer details the summer program which begins June 10th and runs through June 27th.

Physical Paperwork Packet
This complete paperwork packet must be filled in and notarized where required to participate in sports at SHS.

2012-13 SHS Girls Basketball Schedule
This is the 2012-13 schedule for the Lady Sailors. Please note: the Lady Sailors will HOST a preseason classic on November 6th & 8th!

New Gym Sign Advertising Form
This form should be given to potential advertisers or business partners explaining the ordering process for our signs in the gym.

Gym Sign Renewal Form
Use this form to give to businesses that already support us with a sign on the gym wall. This is used for renewal of their sign for the upcoming season.

In Kind Donation Letter
You can use this letter to give to any business who may want to donate a product or service to be sold or auctioned off to benefit the team. All items will be promoted online and during the home games.

Game Program Ad Sales Form
This form is used to order or sell 1/4, 1/2 page or business card/spirit ads for THE Program, which is the full-color game program available at all home games. Included in THE Program will be pictures and info about the players, coaches and team.

Templates for Ad Layouts
This document includes different sized layouts to be used in the design of ads sold to sponsors or for spirit ads.

Gym Locations and Directions to Away Games
This form contains the addresses and directions to the away games. Please note there are some Varsity only games listed here.

Bus Departure Schedule
This shows dropoff and departure time for players for ALL away games. Please be on time as the bus will leave as scheduled.
